Poster Feedback
Using Stewie made me lol first off and I love that. However I would move him down a bit. You have a lot of black between the red bars and his feet but his head is almost touching the red. Then again maybe just moving him up a tad more so his head breaks that red line would look nice too you'd just have to see.
Also, the lower left of his right eye has that spot where the black line cuts out. To me it just kinda looks odd and it draws my eye right to that spot because that's the only place it happens. I'd suggest just using a very thin line like you did on the right side of each eye to connect that part.
The only other thing I can think of is pick a font that looks more fun. This one looks nice and clean and straight, kinda like something you would put in an academic book.

I overall like the idea, Stewie seems like a proper choice. However my only issues with the design is:
1) move Stewie downward his head is way too close to the top.
2)Find a fun more playful font.
3)Maybe put something in his hand that symbolizes a party? Ex: Beer, due to his drunk ike state. (not that you need beer to have fun!)

Pro Study Poster-
I like how on this one you did use Stewie to break the red zones on the top and bottom. In the red though right at the top of his head and at the left some as well as a small area way to the right I can see very small traces of white.
I would also move Stewie up a bit so you can then make the bottom red box a bit bigger and the font a bit taller (ya just making it taller will stretch it some but I don't think that would be a problem with this font). I like how Study is huge at the top and the bigger of the text areas but I think the bottom could stand to just be a tad bigger.
All in all though good job on both of these

Again funny! I like the comparison of your two posters. My only issue with this one is:
1) I think the word study should be in a bigger and/or bold font. You know to get others attention.
2)The two red boxes are uneven. One is thicker than the other.
3)(this is just me being me lol) But clean up your cropping because when you zoom in you can see little bits of white dots in the red and around Stewie's head.
